Consultation
We will meet in your home to discuss your ideas, goals and vision for the project. Measurements and photos will be taken.
Design & Review
Together we will refine the plans and finalize material selections for budget purposes. A proposal on the design plan and material selections for your project will be presented for your review.
Agreement
We will review the final plans and detailed scope of work with you. Once we have reviewed and agreed upon the details, we will approve and finalize a contract complete with warranty. A timeline will be discussed.
Build
All demolition, new installation, and construction work will be done. The production manager will be responsible for ensuring quality and cost control, meeting the timeline, supervising and scheduling subcontractors, and keeping the work site clean and safe.
Final Walk-Through
The owner of the company, Oliver Long, will meet with you to walk through the project, determine any punch-list items to be addressed to ensure your complete satisfaction.
